THE TITHE But if I give that 10% over to nothingness.

Life is fascinating.
We all seek to know why we are here and what's it's all about.

It's the unknowable.


If there's any "knowing" to be known, it's that. We humans use less than 10% of our brain, according to modern science. That's not much.

We don't know much.
Even if we used 40% of our brain, we would still have a lot to learn.

THE TITHE
But if I give that 10% over to nothingness.
That is to say,
If I "tithe" my portion
and give it to
"ALLAH" or "God" or "Source" or whatever…
I just stop the thoughts in meditation and stillness

Stop the mind.
Be rescued from Egypt/Mind
(the story of Moses)
And go out into the wilderness
(emptiness outside of mind)
and sacrifice my thoughts
and crucify my analysis of thought
and be still
and know
I AM…..


There's something to be said about the power of stillness and quieting the mind.


For me…
that is where I find "God"
in that darkness, His secret place….


That is where I find something that's nothing, and it is the rest of the soul 


It's indescribable 
It's peaceful beyond explanation

In that Garden, I find the peace that passes understanding

and something
no one
can ever 
take away from me
as a "divine human being" 
made in the image of the source of all things who is  "out there" somewhere" in the expanse of nothingness and is everything
